Your use of this site is subject to the following terms and conditions: When tickets are being collected at the box office, we ask that the cardholder presents the card that the tickets were booked on as identification. Any other forms of i.d. or letters of authorization are taken at your own risk and may result in the tickets being withheld at the box office. . Once purchased, tickets cannot be transferred, exchanged, refunded or returned unless the event is cancelled, moved to another date, or if details of the event are significantly changed after an order is placed (significant changes being a change of headline act (concerts only), venue or show time). In the event of the cancellation of an event by the organiser/promoter (ie a cancellation due to circumstances beyond Upton dramatic Society's control), Upton dramatic Society will only refund the face value of the ticket. Upton dramatic Society will use best endeavours to contact purchasers either by phone, email or in writing (using the details provided at the time of ordering) and advise them to return the tickets. Please note, however, it is the customer's responsibility to check whether the event is going ahead at the scheduled date, time and venue, and Upton dramatic Society cannot guarantee that they will inform the customer of any changes to the event date, time or venue.
Upton dramatic society. offer the choice of payment methods which include reserve and pay at the door, this is offered on the understanding that when the order is placed the contract will be binding,
we therfore reserve the right, that if having booked the tickets for payment at the door, and you then fail to attend we will expect payment as soon as possible and in any case within 30 days of the date on the ticket.
The management of the Venue reserves the right to refuse Ticket holder’s admission to the Venue in reasonable circumstances including for health and safety, licensing reasons or where a Ticket is void.

The management of the Venue also reserves the right to request that Ticket holders leave the Venue at any point on reasonable grounds and may take any appropriate action to enforce this right. By way of example, the Venue may remove a Ticket holder who:
1) has behaved in the Venue in a manner which, in the reasonable opinion of the Venue has, or is likely to affect the enjoyment of other visitors; or
2) uses threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or in any way provokes or behaves in a manner which may provoke a breach of the peace; or
3) in the reasonable opinion of the Venue is under the influence of drugs or has consumed an excessive amount of alcohol; or
4) fails, when required, to produce proof of identity or age; or
5)obstructs gangways, access-ways, exits, entrances or staircases, congregates in non-designated areas or seeks entry to stands or seats for which he/she does not hold a Ticket.
You must comply with instructions and directions given by Venue staff and stewards.
No refunds will be given to Ticket holders who are refused entry or ejected due to their own behaviour as suggested in, but not limited to, the examples above.
